I received a phone call, and letter enclosed with $20 in gift certificatesand apologizing for the poor services I have been receiving and asked for me and my family to come and give them another chance. Our family obliged and decided to give it another try, this time around our host was better, still not the best but we were sat in a timely manner (under 3 minutes with no line). Our service however was much better, within the 1st minute we were engaged with our server and had our drinks (Angela). Even with the busy dinner rush she was attentive and was engaging, we even found out that they offer dinner and a movie special where you can buy the tickets at a discounted price ($8 instead of $11) while eating so you avoid the ticket line. We had a much better experience.

Every single time I'm here, I sit at the bar and it smells really really really awful. What if this smell and why dont they take care of it? So disgusting.

I give this place three stars for the fact they have a pretty good beer selection and if you want to go and experience sport overload the copious amount of tvs will assist. What let this place down for me was the quality of the thing they claim to excel in. It seems whoever was in charge of saucing up the wings was on a charge as they arrived saturated and just were not that great . They arrived in a flimsy carton which added to the crappy quality of the food . Fries were also not very good . It was crowded when we first arrived with a long wait due to satisfy night football. We went to watch a movie then came back at 1030 and were quickly seated . I couldn't imagine waiting a long time to then experience average at least food. I would go again for beer and to watch a game but certainly not the food experience .

This place may have a great atmosphere, but the food is horrible. Can't believe that they stay in business with food like this. Mostly younger crowd and may not know or care to know better. I would pass if you don't want to offend your pallet or wallet.

Super friendly staff. This location is super fun because there is so much to do in the area. Right next door is a movie theater and a coffee bar. There is a ice cream shop near by.

Lately, really disappointed. We've been going for years but it seems as though this BWW is worse every time we go. Slow service, very slow food, and not so cold beer. We hope you get it right, we miss our hangout place.

I feel like I'm in a high school here. Where do these kids get the money to go out to eat every night and be annoying? Mom and dad of course, but I digress. The wings are always good at a BDubs, but I've relegated myself to only getting takeout here after repeat incidents of almost beating a 16 year old. The staff is decent enough and it's perfect for a dinner and movie location. It's just awkward being the only person in a restaurant with a beer on their table but not being the annoying one.

My husband and I went on a Saturday night around midnight for a drink and appetizer. The bar was nearly empty but very dirty. Being a former server, I gave the bartender the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe a bunch of people just left. We were there 45 minutes and the bar was not once wiped down. We got our drinks and my glass was so sticky i had to use a wet nap to clean it. Kinda gross. We also waited over 30 minutes for one order of naked tenders with no acknowledgment or concern from the server. When we asked she just said that they take long because they are grilled and there was only one cook. One: I've eaten at b dubs before, the naked tenders don't take 30 minutes. Two: I know it was late but when on a Saturday is it a good idea to have one cook?!? I have it two stars instead of one because at least the food was hot. Terrible service. I don't care how hot the food is, the terrible service and dirty atmosphere will keep me away.

I love wings! I love beer! Yet I do not love this place. The wings were overly coated in sauce and for me that ruins the flavor of the chicken, I can just drink sauce it that is all I want to taste. Next, the fries were freezer burned and inedible. Overall. If you are wasted this would be good food.

I've been here at least 25 times since it's 1 mile from my house. The wings seem to get smaller and smaller every time I go and they are quite expensive in my honest opinion. Lately I have been getting their chicken salad which is a great value for what you get. Sometimes they charge extra if you want sauce on your chicken it's really hit or miss. If you are a beer drinker you're definitely going to want a microbrew or a strong beer because if you get a domestic draft the glass will smell like soap and have a horrible aftertaste. At the end of the day they have a corner on the market and there's really not a lot of options for sports, beer, and barfood. I will usually give two thumbs up for the service the servers and bartenders are always friendly and the atmosphere of the place is pretty cool. The only real negative thing is that I have gotten so traditional wings many times and many times I have sent them back because they are usually served cold. At least colder then I would expect if there supposed to be hot out of the fryer. I have yet to see a chicken wing the size of the ones that are on their commercials it's pretty hilarious.

This is one of my favorite BWW, but it still is just a BWW. It is a great time if you are hanging out with friends, but other than that... The food is mediocre at best. The good thing about this place is that they have a plethora of sauces to choose from, makes it kind of fun to try all of them. Right now, they have a new ghost pepper sauce.. That is one HOT SAUCE! seriously, be careful with it, you won't be able to taste normal food for the rest of the day. They have plenty of tvs and the exercise is always good. Managers are friendly.... But it's a BWW

Sit in Cassie's section if at all possible. Wings are the best in town and they have a good menu if you don't like wings, too. Chili queso dip is a good appetizer if you're hungry for a snack!

Every time I go to Buffalo Wild Wings and realize when I don't go often. This last time was one of the worst. They offer 15 minute lunch or its free. 6 of us went in for lunch and it was kinda busy. After we order we are told that we are ineligible for that special. I don't know what the magic cut off number is for it, but whatever. We are okay with that figuring if they can do 4 meals in 15 minutes 6 shouldn't be THAT much longer. Boy were we wrong 50 mins later, for lunch I remind you, our meal comes. Our server was in no mans land in that 50 minutes. When the meal did come an item I ordered was missing. Again she was gone with no chance to ask for it. We have a meeting to get to which we are not REALLY late for. Then when the bill comes and she sees the item on there asks if I want it now. Really? Then takes it off the bill which takes longer since a manger has to approve it. The manager comes to apologize and he asks if I want my item now. Ugh...I just wanted to pay and leave. That is not even the end of it and I could go on, but you get my point and this review is long enough.

It's hard to argue with good wings and beer! I sat at the bar with my mom. The bartenders were nice, but busy. It wasn't difficult to get their attention to order and the food always comes out quick. Unfortunately they charge for sauces...I think they need to roll those prices in somewhere else, because people don't like being nickled and dimed. But they could still get that money by putting it elsewhere. I kind of feel like the wings are overpriced though, it just seems like a lot which is why we only go on the special nights (Tuesday for regular wings and Thursday for boneless wings).

I've been around and I would consider this an above average BWW's no doubt. Just like every other one they have good deals, lot's of TV's, and usually pretty prompt service. This one is ALWAYS packed. I'm talking 11am on a Sunday... still packed. Wait staff is generally friendly and responsive and the kitchen is consistent to the point where it almost looks the exact same every time you order. It's a nice place to hang out, grab a bite to eat or get a drink and watch the game. It can get a little noisy... so sometimes it's not exactly the best family outing. The three stars are because most BWW's only earn two stars in my mind... big chain business almost always means big trouble. But way to go Grand Rapids... ahead of the curve once again.

The place was PACKED! It was totally full from about 7 til when we left at 9pm. Had the boneless wings, with honey bbq sauce. It wasn't anything to write home about. A little too salty for me, and seemed like I could make it at home from Costco ingredients. However, the waitress Emmi was sweet and courteous. One of my buddies spilt his drink and she didn't charge him for it.

Meh...It was like just another BWWs except it did seem to have more space between tables. That was a plus.
